Payment information (card details, billing address) is collected and processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

We also collect browsing data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs through cookies and analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to: process and manage tour bookings, communicate with you about your booking or enquiry, send tour updates and information you have requested, and improve our website and services.

We will only contact you with marketing communications if you have opted in (e.g. by joining our waitlist or newsletter). You can unsubscribe at any time.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Booking data is retained for up to 6 years after your last tour for legal and accounting purposes.

Waitlist and newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, request restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing.
