Things you were probably wondering but didn’t want to ask on the group chat.
The Trips
Think small squad, not school trip. Usually 4–6 people max. Enough for good banter, not enough for a mutiny. We keep groups small so everyone actually gets to know each other — and nobody’s waiting 45 minutes while Dave tries to find the meeting point.
All your park tickets, travel from the UK, and hotel accommodation. We sort the boring logistics so you can focus on riding terrifying things really fast. Meals aren’t included because everyone’s got different tastes (and budgets), but we’ll always point you to the best spots.
Absolutely. Loads of our travellers come solo — it’s one of the best bits. You’ll make friends faster than a launch coaster hits 60mph. No awkward small talk required — just a shared love of being flung around at speed.
All our tours are 18+ only. No exceptions, no fake IDs. Whether you’re 18 or 68, as long as you’re up for adventure and can handle a few early mornings, you’re welcome. We may ask for proof of age at booking.
Most of our tours run between 3 and 5 days, depending on the route. Some are long weekends, others are full midweek escapes. Check each tour’s page for the exact dates and duration — we always list it clearly so you know what you’re booking.
Money Stuff
You pay a deposit to secure your spot, then the remaining balance is split into manageable instalments via Klarna. We’re not trying to bankrupt you before you even get on a ride. Everything’s handled through Stripe, so your payment details are fully secure.
The deposit amount varies by tour but it’s always clearly shown on the booking page. It’s enough to lock in your place without making your bank account cry. The rest gets split into instalments so you can spread the cost.
We get it — life happens. Our cancellation policy depends on how far out you cancel. The earlier you let us know, the more we can refund. Full details are in our Booking Terms & Conditions, but the short version: don’t leave it until the week before.
Yes — we strongly recommend it and it’s a condition of booking. Make sure your policy covers the activities and destinations on your tour. We’re not insurance brokers, but we can point you in the right direction if you’re not sure where to start.
The Practical Bits
For European tours, yes — you’ll need a valid passport. Make sure it’s got at least 6 months left on it before you travel. We also recommend carrying an EHIC or GHIC card for health cover, just in case.
Just let us know when you book and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Most parks and hotels cater for common dietary needs, but it helps if we know upfront so we can plan ahead. No judgement — even if you’re the person who only eats chicken nuggets.
We travel in a 9-seater minibus, so space is decent but not unlimited. A medium suitcase and a day bag is the sweet spot. Please don’t turn up with three suitcases and a hat box — we’re going to theme parks, not moving house.
We’ll wait a reasonable amount of time, but we can’t hold up the whole group. If you’re running late, let us know ASAP and we’ll figure something out. Communication is key — we’re pretty understanding as long as you keep us in the loop.
